Refund policy

Every AOCTANT mat is made to order from the map you approved in your free preview. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Because each mat is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please check your free preview carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your mat arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't the place, look or size you ordered, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@aoctant.com with:

your order number
clear photos of the mat and of the problem
a photo of the package, if it was damaged in shipping

We'll send you a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. You don't need to send the mat back unless we ask.

What isn't a defect

Size: mats are heat-press printed, which can make them around 1cm smaller than the listed size.
Color: printed colors can look slightly different from your screen.

Cancellations You can cancel your order for a full refund until it's sent to print. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll confirm whether it can still be cancelled. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Lost or very late orders If tracking shows your order was lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the end of the delivery estimate in our Shipping Policy, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. When we refund a damaged, defective, wrong or lost order, the shipping cost is refunded too.
